Loved the modern yet earthy design of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The à la carte breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the spacious and clean room. The hotel was located in a prime area, close to downtown, restaurants, and the famous Palacio de Cortez museum. The rooftop patio terrace was a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

While the hotel had free WiFi, the cable TV did not have international news channels like CNN, which was a downside for a business traveler like me. the drainage in the shower could have been better.

The included meals were of high quality. Room service was good. Rooftop pool was nice. The room was comfortable, with amazing bed and pillows. Liked the terrace. Staff split dinner bill for 16 people into individual receipts. Beautiful courtyard. Great facilities and location. Very eager to help, despite slow service. Clean room, though small. Good choice near center of Cuernavaca.

I had a wonderful stay at Flor De Mayo Boutique Hotel, Spa & Restaurant. The modern and trendy decor throughout the hotel made for a unique and enjoyable experience. The rooftop swimming pool and outdoor lounge area were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The hotel's central location made it easy to access all parts of the city and the friendly staff made me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, affordability, and great location.

We indulged in luxurious amenities during our stay here. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace made for a relaxing afternoon in the garden area. The Spa & wellness centre offered an array of massages, including full body and foot massages. The plunge pool was a nice addition to a refreshing experience. We enjoyed the exclusive specialty menu options that were available at the restaurant and bar.

Although the room here was comfortable, we experienced a minor issue with the in-room breakfast service. We had expected it to be delivered on time, but it was delivered later than expected.

Overall our stay was great, but the only downside was that the curtains in the room were not great. They were thin and didn't keep out enough light in the mornings.

Beautiful place

I absolutely loved the beautiful building of Flor De Mayo Boutique Hotel, Spa & Restaurant. The way they transformed an old place into a masterpiece is truly remarkable. The rooms are decorated with such coziness and uniqueness, making it a welcoming stay. I was particularly impressed with the iPhone "speaker" in the room, it was amazing.

There were a few things that didn't quite meet my expectations. The sound from the lobby, roof, and halls could be heard in the room, making it difficult to sleep.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered a beautiful view of the surrounding areas. Additionally, the hotel’s central location allowed us to easily access all the key attractions and hotspots in the city. Plus, the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a much-appreciated added bonus.

Although the hotel is fantastic, it was a bit pricey for its offerings. There were a few instances where communication with the staff was a bit frustrating, specifically when we needed assistance with certain things.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing and indulgent experience. The service was impeccable, and we loved the Spa and wellness centre. The massage and full body massage were fantastic, and the Spa lounge was the perfect spot for relaxation. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, which was a great place to relax and soak up the sun. The heated swimming pool was another highlight, as was the beautiful garden area.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that the foot massage was a bit too strong for our liking. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract from our overall experience.
